Bloom Into Wellness
8 weeks (5 sessions) $688
This package begins with a Deep Dive Day & includes multiple Wellness Strategy Boosts in a structured and customizable schedule to provide the accountability and extra support that is optimal for making & sustaining change.
You remain the expert of your life and our coaching is trained to address wellness topics and behavior change with evidence-based communication skills, approaches, and research.
Included is a 20+ page workbook and personalized guides. You will create a Wellness Roadmap with your coach and receive support on various goals to improve performance and enhance your quality of life. We use reporting, exploring, and a consistent commitment to action in order to move forward.

Wellness Roadmap: Deep Dive Day
1 hour 30 minutes (1 session) $118
This session is crafted as the one-stop-shop for a holistic wellness roadmap assessment & plan for 1-3 health goals.
We'll assess holistically, in all dimensions of wellness, where you're at. We'll deep dive into where to go for the upcoming 3-6 months to get where you envision.
You'll receive a 20+ page workbook and leave knowing action steps for your top 1-3 priorities for the upcoming 3-6 months, how to crush barriers, & prevent momentum from stalling.
How Coaching Works:
A partnership with us will better equip you to realize your optimal health vision based on your own goals and values. Any topic you want to bring up that you think will contribute to your optimal health is an appropriate topic for Integrative Health Coaching.
Health coaching effectively motivates and supports health behavior change through a structured partnership between the client and coach.
A coach is like a “personal trainer,” except the focus will be on your whole self. The coach guides you to an optimal health vision through inquiry, personal discovery & accountability
You and your coach work in partnership to identify obstacles to change and create strategies for moving forward toward your goals.
Coaches guide you through a habit intervention process to maximize the possibility of your success in health behavior change.
Coaches support you in tracking your weekly progress and hold you accountable for your commitments.
Coaches provide additional resources for making healthy behavior changes. Any concern that gets in the way of taking care of your optimal health is the perfect subject with which to begin coaching
